Home School Program

If your child is 5 years old or older, then we have a physical fitness program for them. We now offer The North Florida Gymnastics Home School Fitness Program and we are proud to be participating in the Presidential Challenge Fitness Program. By completing the Presidential Physical Fitness Challenge, this allows our home school students the opportunity to grow in all areas concerning fitness. Our Home School classes are specifically designed for boys and girls who are home schooled. These classes are carefully constructed to address each students needs and skill level.

Tumbling

Our tumbling classes are different from our gymnastics classes in that they only work on the mini tramp, tumble track, and floor. The main emphasis of our Beginning Tumbling Classes is working on round-offs and back handsprings. Once this is achieved, you will then move on to the Intermediate and Advanced Tumbling Classes. The main emphasis of our Intermediate and Advanced Tumbling Classes is working on round-off back handsprings, multiple back handsprings, and back tucks.

Instructors also work standing skills such as back handsprings and back tucks, work to build strength, coordination, flexibility and technique.

Tumbling is great for those trying to master skills for cheerleading, karate, and / or dance. Our instructors are happy to help you reach whatever goals you are trying to obtain!
